Sure they are. Not everyone gets a given tax break.

Regardless of their exact means of funding, they still are a government benefit.

Changing it to redistribution doesn't change the fact that some people get disproportionate benefit from all of these things than others.

What we have here is the same sort of divide and conquer strategy that the Republicans and the Right has been waging against the middle class for generations now. First you go "hey, someone is getting something you aren't". Quickly followed by "we must get rid of that". However, y'all never point out when the wealthy and the powerful are getting all kinds of things from the government that is out of the reach of everyone else. And so the middle class shrinks even more...
