Off Topic Jeez Kenny with all the money your making as a NAY can't you afford to put a forced hot H20 system? :>)) I could never understand why they used electric heat in ski country. Every Friday nite they have to shut down snowmaking because the skiers go to the condo crank up the heat then go to dinner. Therefore straining the system forcing the mtn to such it down. Don't know if that the case over your way but in Loon Mtn area that is the case. JeffG
