You don't mean to say that they are failing to disclose material facts, do you ? <G>

MK:

But 97-21063 is filed in the 11th Circuit in Dade County. There is some apparent disagreement between OVIS and the people behind the Baron/Nelsons deal.

I've figured it out. Those people are just massively short. That's the only reason for this frivilous lawsuit.

I just spoke with Gary Morgan. As usual MK's stories are full of half truths.

Gary Morgan said that RMIL filed suits against those mentioned for overstating the value of the properties and failure to hand over the books(or something like that). RMIL does not know of any counter suits, nor has Bancentro (sp) taken over any said properties in Nicaragua.

RMIL is going to fax me some of the information tomorrow.

I'm off to dinner,
RG

For your edification:..........Remember all those crazy numbers I posted? Did you ever wonder why Riley never asked me to elaborate?

Did you ever wonder why there is little talk about the garment business any more? Ever wonder why the yeas won't discuss Nicaragua?

Let me lay one more number on you. 97-21063.

All the numbers I have posted represent lawsuits, old and new.

But 97-21063 is filed in the 11th Circuit in Dade County. There is some apparent disagreement between OVIS and the people behind the Baron/Nelsons deal.

My understanding is that OVIS filed the original suit after a flurry of letters between legal eagles. The people from Baron/Nelsons have countersued to get paid for the original deal. My understanding is that Morgan has apparently refused to comply with anywhere near the terms of the original deal and is being countersued for fraud, and breech of contract.

I have also been told, by someone I deem a reliable source, that Bancentro has taken over the operation in Nicaragua.

The big question here is why this company goes out of its way to publicize lawsuits connected to the squeeze and won't talk about apparent material events occurring within the operation.

Certainly this, and perhaps some other suits, should be disclosed to shareholders.

And the company needs to make a statement now regarding the situation in Nicaragua.

Mr. Kugler, your timing is impeccable. (free from error, fault or flaw) You posted your news at 7:28 pm. No time for anyone to make any calls to the places you indicate. Time zones and all, the offices are closed for the day. Why did you have to sit on this information all weekend? My conclusion is that you didn't want anyone to be able to make the calls this morning to refute your evidence.
