I think the Nexus at $199
These tear down guys are saying a BOM of around $160 per including manufacturing.

If the iPad at $329 is low margin I think the Nexus at $199 has to be more than a small loss. Especially with the volume Apple is rumored to have ordered.
The Nexus doesn't cost as much to make, though. It's got a plastic shell, no rear-facing camera, etc.
