Windows 8 and Surface is awesome. They will sell BILLIONS...

The nearly BILLION dollar inventory write down for surface RT indicates MSFT overestimated demand by 2-5 million Surface RT units. That's a pretty big mistake considering I doubt they've even sold a million units in total so far.

Microsoft is a disaster in the consumer space. The iPad may be a toy, but that's what consumers want.
