What if someone else offered him more money based on his education and experience, would you complain? I suggest you look at the problem that way. I am using your word, incentivize. Give him more money and he will accept your offer.

The Government offers him a similar package without actually having to work.

What in the world makes you think gov't employees don't work? Such crap. I have worked in both the private sector and gov't........not a whole lot of difference in work ethic. Gov't workers want security; private sector is willing to take more risks. That's about the only difference.

Another rotten Republic myth that denigrates and diminishes people........typical.
