This guy seems to be on some Govt welfare program where he makes more money that what is being offered. So my point is to offer him more money than the Govt. offers. After all the Govt. has to ensure that if not then our minimum we not only have equal opportunities but also that we all have a minimum standard of living. A govt. very different from that in India, Vietnam, Phillipines etc.

The Government offers him a similar package without actually having to work. What in the world makes you think gov't employees don't work? Such crap. I have worked in both the private sector and gov't........not a whole lot of difference in work ethic. Gov't workers want security; private sector is willing to take more risks. That's about the only difference. Another rotten Republic myth that denigrates and diminishes people........typical. No personal attacks please. It shows as a lack of education on your part. Perhaps you could take the effort to actually read and attempt to comprehend the scope of the discussion? Unless that is too much trouble? PCSTEL
