Not really. Again, it is common to build cars in China and other places because of shipment costs. Ford does this to the extreme. Things like the Focus gets built all over the world, but the American built ones are sold here, the German built ones are sold in Germany, etc.

Besides, what would have been the point of putting that into the ad if they weren't trying to make it look as if they were moving production to China?
