I think it is always "more bullish" to be under valued than over valued, but you know trends can continue well past what makes sense. I'm out of all bonds not indexed to inflation, but with 20:20 hindsight, I could have done well to keep my cash in the bond funds I had longer... I actually took profits the very day the market peaked but I've also been nibbling back since then with some decent buys and nets out for further weakness...
