Thank you, now we all know that either there will be buying within 30 days or EUTO will be going to court. I think they will purchased the stock. Seems like a good time to buy more shares. Tough though because it's the holiday month. Anyway, now we know what's up with the 50 million.

Alan:
I think those companies knew exactly what they were doing!! Don't you remember a while back when the MM were looking for more shares to buy. I think that is when these companies sold, probably for around 15 cents. Eurto should be more careful of the companies they deal with, everybody wants to scam everybody else. That just burns me up, so lets get 'em...**smiles**

Alan, thank you for your report on your conversation with Brad. Your efforts and willingness to share the information you obtained is appreciated.

In your conversation with Brad, were you able to get a time frame when the retirement of the 33 million (less 20%) will be completed? Is this also in the 30 day time frame? Did Brad clarify the number of shares held by insiders, if they were in certificate form, and how they fit in the analysis of the shares in the float that has been presented on this thread?

I can try to call Brad tomorrow to clarify, unless you already know the answers.

Again, thank you!

Judith

Alan that explains why some naysayers have posted to get the price down. Maybe they are employees of the companies that did the BIGGEST UH OH in the history of business. Also all companies have a section of their insurance which is completion of contract. A breech of contract may very well be covered.

Either way they buy back the shares OR they loose their businesses.

LOL EUTO may have acquired 4 operative profitable companies.

Thanks Alan for your DD. I find it interesting that I was unable to locate any Form 144's for insider trading going back to April. (I did find one in September for 50,000 sh's, but, no follow up Form4 to confirm the sale and it was NOT an officer, but, listed as a "unknown". Someone who owns at least a 10% stake in the company). I was under the impression that if anyone had at least a 10% stake they would have to file a 144. Perhaps I missed it? Not that it matters, it's a moot point now!<g> Thanks again Alan,

Theo

Alan, I think that this excuse is lame on the part of the 4 companies...

"they know they made a mistake but were in fear the Eutro was going out of business when the stock was selling for sub pennies back on May, June Ect.... (Eutro proved otherwise based on there existing contracts and more to follow)

I am not sure about when the companies made the loan but I assume that it was when the price of the stock was near the "colateral" value of .0037; If that was the case, the stock was already at "Sub Pennies" which was less than 1/4% of the 52 week high at the time...ie a 99 3/4% drop in share price!.

It seems strange that they would put faith in a company (by giving the loan) when the stock price was so low, and then a short time later reconsider their investment when the stock fell a little. Unless, they planned to sell all the shares into the float, and then Naked short those same shares and hope for the company to fail. That way they could sell the same shares twice.

I think what may have happened was that they sold a bunch of shares when we ran up to 25 cents, then are now buying them back for a 100% profit. If this is the case, they are lucky but still broke their contract by putting the shares back into the float. Since our group seemed to buy about 10-20 Million shares during the run up, I am guessing that they probably sold about that many.

Anyways, I think the 4 companies are lieing through their teeth AND laughing all the way to the back if they sold for 25 cents and are now buying back (maybe from the shorters) for 10 cents.
