MSFT has kept their head down and plowed through with a very good Windows 8 product. They took their time to develop their new system without any patent infringement. I like where they are going with their new products like the Surface and All in One touchscreen PC's from their partners. W8 phones will make the whole upgrade that much better. They are looking like a cutting edge tech company for the first time in years.

I don't think you understand the difference between a Surface RT and a Surface Pro.

The Surface Pro hasn't been released. It is x86/x64 compatible Windows. Comparing it to an iPad is like comparing a Mercedes to a flea. Your comparison is 100% laughable; you're missing about 10,000 pages in the Pro column, not the least of which is that one is a real computer, and the other is a toy.
