Roger, not so sure I agree with you about their ability to attract and retain good people. This is especially true within the sales organization. This is a hot market and if the sales people have only an older product to sell then they won't be making much $$ and will be recruited by the other companies where the selling is better. Looking at the Q3 numbers it's apparent that the sales team isn't making a whole lot of money. Also, I've heard that the reputation of the new management is less generous with stock options. I hate to post a negative comment, since I'm still long, but everything is riding on Netgain. If Netgain has some success then I think our downside is covered because they're at a minimum a great take over candidate...large install base and new technology, etc.
