The house passed a budget based upon closing the 1 trillion dollar budget deficiet. Why don't the Senate Democrats pass a budget? If they don't want to cut any programs they can increase every tax rate by 50% and increase the SS tax rate by 50%. That would balance the budge without cutting any of those "lifesaving" programs that they have never cut. Do something, don't just sit there and lie to the American people.
