Christie is running for Governor of New Jersey in 2014 and knows Republicans will have no choice but to vote for him and all the Obama brown nosing was to mend relations with Democrats. He's entirely out for himself.

Obama plays tough politics with FEMA funds. Christie had to play nice if he wanted New Jersey to get any.

I hope that Mitt remembers this and reminds Christie later that his funding has been cut.
