The interesting thing here is that there are so few people taking up the arbitrage. If as you say the play would be to sell 80000 BORl and buy 10000 VSGN then volums should be something like 500,000 a day for BORL and 600000 a day for VSGN. In fact there are decent volumes for BORL but VSGN has lower volumes when we should be seeing higher volumes than BORl. Any ideas?
