Hungary could do even better if they made them TRADABLE citizenships so that people could get their money back and even make a profit if the price has gone up since they bought one.

I ran your idea of tradable citizenships by a couple of lawyers and they thought it was a great idea.

Tradable Citizenship is a hard idea to get across to Americans because once American you are in it for life whereas a Canadian citizen can revoke his citizenship and obligations by filling out and signing a form.

I can see a world wide citizenship exchange where people could own their own identity etc. like they choose to vacation at a 3-5 star resort. Nation states would compete for high IQs, education, wealth with other countries offering better tax regimes and giving away boat loads of enticements.
