Well, it's your opinion. While I'm not exactly happy about how long things have taken at least I understand why so I know most of the problem doesn't lie with management.

Considering the set price portion of the financing deal and no discount those guys could do some really interesting things. They don't stand to make any more money by having the stock lower but they stand to gain a bundle with it higher than $6.45 - much higher - and they have the resources and experience to make that happen. I think Bill explained a possible scenario some time ago.

grumpy--

These are good questions? Why no interest either from other companies or officers? Low volume...not many mentions of technology recently. Any more awards in the last few months? We have no advertising (nor funds to do it) and we've now burned a year of our "lead time". Shareholder meeting was postponed...wonder if they're worried about their jobs? Anyone have a recent list of +5% holders? Can anyone explain the clause in recent financing limiting the conversion to below 5%..is that set in stone? Would/Could these "foreigners" control more than 5% soon? Also, on another thread someone stated that these shareholder rights plans are worthless and/or unenforceable? Would anyone know if this is true or just b.s.? TIA
