7M-10M new shares have been issued. I called Wescott, Ira (CEO), and the PR company. This is the scoop: FAMH had approx 20M shares outstanding, and issued 7-10M more (numbers vary) in a 504, at 10c each. These shares have no holding period. Hence the heavy volume. I'm not an investor in FAMH, just heard about it and doing some due diligence, which I though I'd share with you all. Please do your own DD. To issue 504 stock and not increase the float would be quite an achievement. Good luck to all of you.
