Well, I'm NOT willing to have every JOKER on the highway NOT have car insurance. I'm also NOT crazy about every JOKER in the country being able to go into an emergency room and get the finest care medicine provides and NOT have health insurance. I believe it's a matter of PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY in BOTH cases. "How much are you willing to give up?" I don't want to give up ANYTHING. I want the people that get these health services to start giving up something....like the cost of health insurance.
