Clayleas:

There were originally around 20 million shares out--then the last deal to get the limestone deposit cost them 10 million more shares for a total of around 30 million shares. They have not issued any news about the financing yet that I know of. I do not know what the terms of the financing are--maybe they will announce in the news release upcoming. I can not imagine they would just dilute the share price with their own money/shares without some news to positively impact share price and give them an opportunity to make some $$$$.

Why would the insiders dump 25 million into a stock they did not believe was going up? They are in this to make some $$$ I would think. How would they get 75 million financing from banks/investors if there was not going to be a significant return on money/investment?
Just thinking.

Rob

I'm not sure but I gather the money was raised during the time of the 26.00 per share stuff before the first financing fell threw. I think they have a total of 50 million shares out but some of these can"t be sold on the market. You will have to check with IR. News was delayed. hopefully tomorrow.
