What I want to know, and what no one will ever ask, is what was the FBI doing monitoring Patraeus's private emails in the first place? I find this whole Patreus thing extremely suspect of political assassination, nothing more than that... There are only three possible ways they could do read his private emails... 1) With a search warrant signed by a federal judge, but they would first have to have evidence and probable cause of criminal activity to justify the warrant, they have no evidence whatsoever and nothing is ever mentioned... as wrong as adultery is, it's not a criminal activity... 2) The FBI could issue its own search warrant under the Patriot Act, but they would then first have to show probable cause that Patreaus was actively involved in terrorist activity against the United States... this is completely absurd and beyond ludicrous... 3) The FBI could have simply hacked into the General's private email, but that itself would be a crime... Obviously, this is a whack job to get rid of the General because he would testify against ovomit and embarrass that piece of camel shit in the testimony... GZ
