I just watched a local program here in St pete/tampa in which the new GOP leader of the State House noted that "the state has to do better with elections in the future" , and the state was embarrassed by the slow counting of ballots, and no one should have to wait in line to vote for 7 hours .

During the same program it was noted by the respected panel- 3 top GOP , three top Dems and four well known press/media people, that a GOP leader said in so many words before the election that the GOP had cut early voting hours;, early voting stations , voting machines and poll workers and purposely loaded the ballot with 11 lengthy Constitutional Amendment proposals both to pull out the conservative rural base and slow the voting process in the overcrowded urban districts especially Miami-dade. The GOP had also made it a serious felony not to turn in new voter registrations within 48 hours. The court threw out this ridiculous law.

I looked at some of the stuff about 99% of voter in certain urban PA districts going for Obama , they also went about 98% or 99% for down ballot DEMs. I also note in some rural districts in Kentucky Romney got in the very high ninetys. Think the same thing is true in other areas like certain Oklahoma districts, but have not yet researched .
