Here's the bottom line: the hiring freeze began the day ovomitcare was passed into law, plain and simple... too many regulations and too much red tape, look at all the businesses that are now letting people go because the businesses will not pay the additional $2.79 per hour it will cost them for each and every employee in order to comply with the mountain of suffocating regulations... business doesn't work that way, look at the stock market since November 6th... and now, watch how many thousands more small and local neighborhood banks will go under between now and the middle of 2013 because of dodd-frank... GZ
