No he didn't. I'll paraphrase your idol...."read the manuscript!" He did NOT say IT was a terrorist attack...late in the rose garden speech, he made a general comment about terrorism. Based on what he said later that day and on subsequent days, he clearly did NOT identify the attack as a terrorist attack. Get your act together, Teddy.
