It is unfortunate that you and others ignored my warnings on NUKO. If you have specific issues with Ancor's current management, its strategy and its execution, please elaborate and detail how you would do things differently going forward. If you are angry due to Ancor mistakes/missteps 6-12 months ago, then you should have been out of the stock by now. Why stick around for more punishment? The following will help jog your memory on NUKO and where I stood on the subject: To: Don W Stone (1812 ) From: Kerry Lee Thursday, May 22 1997 2:31AM EST Reply # of 3325 Don, I believe that your persistent optimism and "average down" mentality on NUKO is misguided. I recommend that you step back and survey the landscape before committing more $$$ into NUKO. Are you putting your faith in Nuko "Management" OR their "Technology" ? If you invested in "Management", are you being blinded into believing everything you hear by one person at Nuko? This Company has had 3 key executives leave within the space of 3 months. Is it possible that the "problem" is the person sitting in the CEO's chair??? Have you ever spoken to any NUKO employees ( present and past ) to get the REAL scoop on what is going on??? If there's one thing I've learned in this business is never to just take the word of the CEO, CFO or analyst.Do yourself a favor Don before you commit more $$$. One of the main reasons why I am still long ANCR despite their problems is because they fired Steve O Hara in order to retain key talent who were going to leave if O Hara stayed. Do you know if any other key managers at NUKO are planning on sticking around or are they on the verge of jumping ship? I advise you to check it out yourself and bypass the corporate filters if you can. Good Luck. PS - as you may recall, I also had reservations about NUKO based on the opinion of one of my sources who used to work very closely with Nuko. You know who I am talking about. Until Management credibility issues are satisfactorily addressed, I will be observing NUKO from the sidelines. This Company now seems to have changed its Strategy/Business Model TWICE in the past 4 months...what does that say about the Leadership or lack therof??? It means that whatever they were doing before was NOT working, doesn't it? 2. The 10% workforce reduction for an emerging growth company smacks of desparation, probably due to a cash crisis. Correct me if I'm wrong. Cutting back staff so early in a "Growth" cycle does not appear to be a good sign. When Technology workers are in such high demand, employees will quickly jump from a sinking ship. 3. What is the Market Size for NUKO's products? This seems to be the biggest concern. It seems they built the headcount and infrastrucure way before the market even exists..correct me if I'm wrong.
