The combined output of these facilities is allegedly 4M/yr of NOTEBOOK drives. Their primary desktop production facilities are in Singapore. Indirect info indicates between 4 to 6M units/yr capacity to come on line there by 98, with at least 3M unit/yr capacity in operation. You said: Gross margins: 15-40 % typically 30%. I find that hard to believe, gross margins at other DD makers have rarely, if ever, been over 20% ... ? PX
