I just checked my Datek account and found a low for QNTM of 24 5/16? Arg. Where was I? I would have covered my AMZN short and bought at that level in a heartbeat! But the way things are now, we might go back down there. It's really unbelievable. QNTM getting severely punished ... much heavier % drop than WDC on a WDC warning.

I agree that we should turn the heat up on QNTM Investor Relations. At least SEG is putting out press releases saying how great their software business is.

"Tiss the season" to take tax losses that is, and not a lot of opportunities elsewhere for most investors this year ... I would expect more weakness short term with a good snap back towards end of DEC or beginning of 98...just my opinion
