I consider lawyers the single biggest problem for healthcare. We have to have tort reform. I've mentioned this before, but in Europe, there aren't any massive liability settlements, because the government takes care of you if you are disabled. We can't have it both ways and whether tort lawyers realize it or not, as the government takes more complete control of healthcare, the liability settlements that tort lawyers depend on are going to be legislated out of existence. * * *
