Until Mory reestablishes credibility with the street, if he can, this stock will stay a dog.

Its really too bad you can't sue a CEO for malpractice. The fall of this stock and the present interest of the shorts all goed back to the misrepresentations made by company in 8K, and the fallout therefrom.

Peter Yang:

What M. Carter is telling you is that SEC 10B-5 (insiders' trading) rulings have NOTHING to do with whether upcoming earnings release is good or bad. It has everything to do with the time period preceding release date during which officers are restricted from trading.

M. Coms just warned of slight profitable quarter to be reported on Dec. 19, it is not good for ASND, probably their earning is disappointing too. As later as Dec. 19, we can see the direction of these two competitors.

Good luck.
