Great post! Tracking analysis may well be a significant value for this media.
CNBC makes an ad hoc attempt to remind commentators of past statements.
A readily retreavable file is, however, needed.

SI would be well served to retain anaysts projections versus actuals and
define a relative ranking system. I would be most interested in following
a chart on Barton Briggs, for example.

Analysis have in the past few years come out of the back rooms.
Their salaries are up! Ok gentlemen, it is time you bet your pay check.

An analysist who fails to deliver within 10% of his forecast is ranked as
not credible. A not credible analyst has less market influence and,
therefore, is of no value to his firm.
