I think that the handling of obamacare by the supreme court proves that the conservative judges are not quite so predictable. However, Obama's appointments deliberately defy their role in the court. The role of the supreme court is to assure constitutionality of laws, not decide if the constitution is right or wrong. This is something that the liberal judges simply don't understand. but since you ignored all of my points, I'll go ahead and ignore whatever fabrications you are trying to promote in the rest of your post. The further the pendulum swings left, the further it will swing to the right on the other side.
