Since I've been alive (1966) no second term president has been without some sort of scandal. On that basis along JP's point's have merit. Beyond that - I truly believe in the bond bubble theory. I don't know when but at some point that has to come home to roost. Moreover, I can't see how a 6500 V bottom on the averages go untested. My gut is mixed on the issue. On the one hand - I don't want to live through the hell of a retest but on the other hand I've been waiting for the event because I think it will mark a secular bull
