You can get crack on any street corner now , except if your a youth stuck in the Midwest then you huff paint and wipe out your brain or do meth and almost do the same, though huffing paints & glues are the worst one can imagine , an order of magnitude of 10x's that of crack coccaine.

Huffing paints is epidemic along with Meth.
