Greg - Gee, if I had seen your update I would not have had to write mine! I remember you were a frequent poster on the old USRX thread, so you are well aware of the types of swings that stock made even through it's major growth cycle! You should pass on that knowledge to some of the bulls on this thread!!

John

PS - That said, what is your take on the future of COMS/USRX?? (There was some noise on the CPQ thread about purchases of DEC or a networker, since networking stock prices are now back to the spring sale, it looks to me as if CPQ could swallow up COMS without too much trouble)

Greg,

<But how many more warnings can the tech. sector take?>

It can't take many look what happened today! Could I see a bearish hint here?

Hank

Greg:( A second opinion)
<<< But how many more warnings can the tech. sector take?>>>
Endless warnings, just read posts and analysts comments
for past three years or more. It is a way of life in the techs,
all companies are fair game.Declining PC sales, saturated markets,
price cuttings. October 1996-"Dell cuts prices up to 46%"
AMD challenges INTC Ha, and double Ha.
MSFT a Monopoly( once a year at least)
Might as well figure that warnings are factored into the
price of tech stocks, because there may be ten more new (unexpected)warnings tomorrow.
