Well stated...I have a hard time believing that people listen to the guy after how many flip-flops he's made in his illustrious career...If you hadn't seen here is what TXN said after the close in response to TK...

Texas Instruments (TXN) 47 5/16 -4 1/2: semiconductor/electronics maker says pricing pressure on chips is only a temporary problem. Expects pressure to continue over the next 2-3 months before
recovering; believes that currency crisis in Asia will actually benefit the chip industry, as Korea cuts capacity; says concerns "misplaced" over impact of Asia crisis on the chip industry....

Here's to hoping this guy has gotten a wee bit closer to digging his shallow grave with todays call,

Gold doesn't protect against deflation, in protects against inflation. When prices are dropping, cash is king!
