Theo at the time of sell they probably did not hold 10%. Now if they sold last month then you might be correct. If what you say is true once the shares are retired and the outstanding reduces drastically then anyone holding 2M would have to file a 144... I think as long as they are a private investors they can sell what they want. ALSO they have to be restricted and registered every 90 days in order to sell.

That is EUTOs fault for not putting a restriction on the stock. If I want to buy an entire float as a private investor I can sell it when ever and how ever I want. I do not have to report to anyone as a private investor.

I do not believe the contract required registering of the shares NOR do we know the distribution. AGAIN all this is speculation on contract document we will never see.
