We shall see. No doubt more studies will be done. Most of the right to carry folks I've met are such assholes it's no wonder they get shot. So what I think might happen is that when folks carry guns, mostly assholes carry, and assholes are more likely to get shot. There is no way to separate the asshole from the gun- so it may just be a personality type (the asshole) that is more likely to carry a weapon. I would buy that and I would bet the asshole factor cuts across all socioeconomic lines.
