I think Obama will pass legislation that put limits on gun ownership like banning assault and other weapons designed for military use and making it more difficult to purchase guns and armament at trade shows and over the internet without some form of ID. I don't think it will get to the SC but even if it does, I think the SC will be okay with Obama administration legislation for reasons I cited even though Roberts has not and will unlikely to comment on cases that are on or heading for the docket.
