It doesn't matter what Sweden and Switzerland do, asshole. They don't have a problem with gun violence. The US does. If you can't understand that concept, then don't bother posting to me. You're trying to change the subject. They don't have a problem with gun violence, but they have guns, just like we do. So, the question is why do WE have problems with gun violence but THEY don't. And the follow up question is what the hell makes you think guns are the problem, since having guns apparently doesn't consistently result in gun violence. It is a fool's errand to pursue gun regulation when there is not any evidence that it would help solve the problem. We've banned assault weapons before with no measurable improvement in the problem. There is considerable evidence, like was pointed out to you in this thread, that limiting weapon accessibility offers no protection. If someone will provide evidence that clearly shows the existence of guns are the problem, I'll support the banning of assault weapons. I just haven't seen that evidence at all.
