Good question. CYS is $12.90 now, so it might drop to $12 tomorrow. But it only spent 2 days out of all of Q4 below $12 in share price, so maybe that's a floor. Also, they got no pop from announcing their 52 cent special dividend, I don't know if it makes sense for it to fall by 52 cents after they pay it out. But we'll see tomorrow.

mREITs seem to be getting thrown out with the bathwater these days. It seems a great decision for shareholders would be if book value is $15 and the shares are $12, just keep selling mortgages and buying back their own stock. At some point you get to $15 value. But I doubt any of the management teams will do that - it shrinks the mREIT's capital even though its good for the shareholders.
