Only problem is.. Your story keeps changing> NO it hasn't... it started historically as generalities, and got more specific is all. Why do think I pretty much just make cap gains and interest (well, divi's whatever.... there's another "gottcha' for ya) today??? I have worked for companies, had partnerships, companies, etc. and now I don't... I'm involved in a couple startups... You just can't believe anyone wouldn't squeeze every nickel out of everything they could is all. Let me, let you in on a little secret... I've spent like 30K on all sorts of stuff around here for the new company from computer stuff to fixing the place up are using, etc...... IM NOT KEEPING TRACK OF IT! I think I said this a while back to someone, maybe you: I DON"T GIVE A RATS ASS... I"M NOT GOING TO DEDUCT IT! GET IT?? "trusts and tax dodges" What do they have to do with each other.... please read my post. Jeeeez..... I said they can consume your life... it's the complexity and busy work, not the legality.... no THATs a downright religious statement- lol "Actual vs Daydream".... that's interesting since we knows the first comes from the second... we are probably opposite sides of the coin... who knows. I do know lots of dreamers who never make a nickel... OTOH I know dreamers who are the opposite too... who am I to judge. I have no interest in what you believe about me or don't... DAK
