<<My favorite is the chairman whose salary increased from approx.
$400,000 Can to $620,0000 >>

He really deserves the increase. This is a prime example of expense control - they don't have a clue as long as this chairman stays - this guy will NOT bring good things to this stock.

After two and a half years of watching this thing go down - I'm dumping it for the tax loss.

Good luck to all.

Haven't seen the report, likely due to the mail strike here in Canada. But you make a lot of valid points and I share your concerns. I picked this dog up a about $10 US about 8 months ago. It has been a dog ever since. I thought they would be a buy out candiadate for sure. I would be very content to take a buy out for what I paid for it at this point.
Best of luck.

I have not seen the report but I am sure it is disappointing based on what you have surmised. When I am pissed with the co. I tend to just ignore the proxys and do not vote.

The Chairman of a 100 million co. raking in 600k is a bit too much. The only thing that does not upset me is the repricing of option. If the lowest point is $11 then there are others at higher prices, I assume based on your comment. Could be worse. They could have wanted to reprice is to where the share price is now.

When is the annual meeting anyways. May be they will have something positive to announce. Hope springs eternal, although it is trying.
