LOL... I didn't "try" to put anything in anywhere... but I can see how it would look that way if you were totally unaware that "trusts" can be used to save money on your taxes! LOL...

< Non of my trusts have ever saved me a dime in taxes. >

So? That doesn't mean that trusts cant save people on their taxes! Why do you keep proving your assertions wrong with self "gotchas"? Call your insurance guy (well you accountant can tell you too if he's any good) and ask about his products then get back to us. LOL

<Well, you have to own substantial assets for the actual need for a trust>

Ummm, so? LOL, you seem confused.

<Assets that are "free and clear" that will ultimately be transfered to your heirs or charity.>

Oh... hey... so what is all the crowing about up top??? Never mind your call to your accountant or Insurance guy.... CALL YOUR SHINK! YOU ARE TOTALLY DISCOMBOBULATED!! LOL OTOH, thanks clarifying to yourself that trusts can save money on taxes... trusts that various accountants have tried to get me to set up over the years for that very purpose... Jeeezz..... and stop drinking or whatever you're doing.

As for the rest... that's very nice for you...it's nice to help others, we seem to agree on that... and no one said there was anything wrong with anything you do, including counting your beans... but there is nothing wrong with NOT counting beans either.... contrary to YOUR continued insinuations that non-bean counters are liars.

OTOH, the fact that you just can't imagine why someone wouldn't count every bean seems a miserable fate to me, but then everyone is different!!

And "BITTER"? Oh, yea... someone here is bitter... bitter that some wealthy people actually DONT MIND PAYING HIGHER TAXES!! ROFLMAO Now, we've gone FULL CIRCLE to the first post!

Enjoy the circle dance.. pick me up again after a few more rotations. In the mean time go read all the articles about what hypocrites Gates, Buffet and many other's that think the rates cold go up on the wealthy without hurting anything... Im sure there is some double secret info available on "Town Hall" or some other super cool websites to verify and validate your personal opinions as truth.
