You know but we are in a far different world than when Clinton of Reagan was president. BUT we can at least try to duplicate revenue and expense percentages to GDP of 18-19% when Clinton was in office. Never do I see any of our fearless leaders on either side mention this. Something for all liberals in these parts to ponder is how inflexible Panetta is on allowing any reduction to his precious defense budget in this time of crisis even though he was the budget director when Clinton was president..
