Binder; I am not hear to argue a point you are talking about lawsuits and judgements? Again why are you projecting the future who mentioned lawsuits. If you have a hundred people in the line and you tell them a story slowly the story changes as it is being passed down the line till eventually the story is no longer the same as the original story. Binder what you have hear is interpretation of other people's thoughts and I know exactly were it came from not me and I know you know what I am talking about. A piece of my post reads as follows; "Brad did stress to me that the 4 Companies do not want to get into litigation on this issue they know they made a mistake." Does that sound like lawsuit to you I think not. Why continue with judgements and so on?

Binder. Let me see if I've got this right. You state that anybody that thinks the 4 will be forced to buy the shares back should go to the mall and sit on Santa's lap etc, etc. Yes indeed! Good example of"trying to exchange ideas with other shareholders" You might re-read your first post and then tell me my response was unjustified. Save the free speech lecture for the town square. We are all aware of our rights. And now your throwing in all kinds of "what if"s to further complicate what appears to me to be a very uncomplicated situation. Here's a what if for you. What if these are publicly traded and respected co's that would do anything to avert negative publicity, such as accusations of theft, fraud and etc. In other words avoid litigation at all costs. Let's face it, the OFFICERS of these cos will be held directly reponsible BUT their shareholder's will bear the cost of legal fees and restitution plus possible damage to share value of EUTO. Heads will fly. I say there will be no lawsuit filed by EUTO. This is going to go quietly away. If i'm wrong then I'll just wait for the fundamentals of this fine company to kick into high gear and earn my rewards the slow way. See the problem I have is that your post did not address "possible" positive scenarios. It dripped with the frustration that many of the get rich quick EUTO investors are experiencing. I know, I had the same disease for about 2 months. Took 2 shots of reality and am much calmer about the situation now. I recommend the same to anyone waiting "anxiously".
