Do these number exclude suicides?

It's a common gun banner tactic to include suicides in gun death talks to pad their numbers. Lot's of people in serious pain commit suicide to end the pain - not a fair data point. I support a persons right to commit suicide when they are in pain due to medical conditions like cancer etc.

Accidental overdoses are one thing ... overdosing on something prescribed to someone else is another.
