Thanks T for the tips. As you know I am back to RE investing takes most of my time. Picking up rentals a fraction of replacement cost 4-5 year payback unleveraged. Best inflation hedge but also boosted by any real economy wage gains and you get payed a very nice dividend as you wait.. I agree with this you posted though disinflationary pressures continue, our government has different measures of CPI and thus we might never quite get that 1970's redux... That is not a board I care to hang out on anymore though just too damn gloomy post financial crisis for me<g> Guessing now they are waiting for the bond bubble or that Bernanke inflateable doll to burst Message 28600010
