I think anyone who eats meat can be assaulted by ugly imagery - I've always maintained that people would eat a lot less meat if they had to capture, kill, prepare and serve it themselves. Being a carnivore is energetically compact - you get all the nutrition that a vegetarian got up until the time you eat it. No matter what vegans say, we were designed to eat a combination of meats and vegetable matter. Even cattle are eating bugs by the hundreds or thousands... There are few true vegetarians that are bigger than a softball. No animal that eats vegetation spits out the animal life eaten incidentally.

I do not eat at any restaurant that serves veal. And I abhor the crulty to animals for bullshit like foie gras. I seldom keep my mouth shut about that stuff. I didn't know that was even legal in Calif. Makes me sick. And anyone who eats that stuff is a douche bag IMO.
