Nope

You can't take care of that by spending cuts...well maybe defense

You have to grow your way out of that, as Clinton's progress demonstrated by growing the economy

..and to do that you will have to somehow elect a Congress that understands how economies are stimulated, by government spending and stop relying on a private sector preoccupied with getting rich, and taking money out of the economy

...and to do that you have to do a better of job of ignoring debt scolds, wherever they preach, and taking good advice like Krugman
