Who is going to be the winner from the law suit? Is there any chance for those shareholders to recover a significant portion of their loss if they win? I think if the shareholders win, the lawers are getting much richer from the suit and the shareholders are just getting pennies for each share they own.

I decided to sell and take a 8k loss, I can't feel to bad I had a very good year in trading. What worries me is todays action and I also feel the earnings will be bad. So its better for me to take the loss for taxes and use the money elsewhere. I guess I will go back to day trading asnd even it may not be worth it, I know I said I doubt that asnd wiil see the teens. But now I'm starting to doubt that statement. This is going nowhere and to have dead money just sitting there is foolish to me, its just going to get worse and for the longs here I wish you all luck because this baby is in trouble. t
